Answers Before You Pick Up the Phone
Split into two groups: what people ask while they're still deciding whether to come in, and what they ask once they're actually on the calendar.
Before You Book
Q1Do I need to know anything about frequency-matching to get value from it?
Not at all. Most golfers walking in have never heard the term. We'll walk you through the reading on the analyzer as it happens rather than expecting you to already understand the science behind it.
Q2What do I need to pack for a first visit?
Just the club or clubs you're currently gaming in that category, the shoes you'd normally wear on a course, and a rough sense of how you score. We'll handle the rest once you're on the bench.
Q3Do you fit left-handed golfers?
Every category on the component wall is stocked in both orientations, and neither the launch monitor nor the frequency analyzer cares which way you set up. No special request needed.
Q4Is it worth booking if I'm not planning to buy anything?
Regularly. A lot of appointments are just a lie-angle or frequency check on clubs someone has no intention of replacing, or confirmation that a current setup is actually fine. Neither one requires a purchase to be worthwhile.
Q5Are you open through the coldest part of winter?
Same schedule year-round. The bench holds at a steady 68°F no matter what's happening outside, which is a fair share of the reason this workshop exists as an indoor space at all.
Q6Do people travel far to get here?
Regularly, yes. Beyond Lincoln proper, a noticeable chunk of appointments come from Omaha, Beatrice, and York — close enough for a same-day round trip from most of southeast Nebraska.
Once You're Booked
Q7How much time should I set aside?
A single club usually wraps inside an hour. A full iron set with a complete frequency chart runs closer to ninety minutes, and a start-to-finish bag can run two to three hours depending on scope.
Q8Am I obligated to order a build?
No obligation at any point. You keep the printed spec card regardless of what you decide, and if you do order later, the appointment fee comes off the final price.
Q9How long after ordering until the clubs are ready?
Roughly a week in most cases. Builds happen on-site rather than getting shipped out to a third-party shop, so turnaround isn't tied to anyone else's schedule.
Q10What happens if a new build doesn't feel right?
Bring it back inside thirty days and any lie, loft, or length adjustment is free while your swing settles in around the new specs.
Q11Can you check a club that isn't purchased here?
Yes, as either a quick standalone bench check or as part of a larger appointment, depending on what you're trying to figure out.
